in My Cook Book

Take a look at the sales blad for my cookbook! “Blad” stands for “book, layout and design” and is used by a publisher’s sales and marketing department to sell into their various markets. Once you are at the website click below the cover page to browse through the 12 pages of the blad. This will give you a preview with some beautiful color photographs taken by Sara Remington.

Don’t try to order it yet because it’s not available until November 2010!

Just gorgeous! My ex-husband’s grandmother was from that region, and all the years I was married into that family, I enjoyed the most delicious dishes I have ever eaten. Fortunately, my MIL taught me and my eldest daughter how to cook in her mother’s tradition, so those delicious dishes have not been lost to us. My daughters and I are looking forward to your beautiful book!

Rosetta: The book looks great! What beautiful composition and color in the photographs by Sara, and Janet Fletcher’s touch is evident as well in the text. This will solve at least a few needs come Christmas this year! Congratulations! Mike

The food looks so beautiful! But then again it is edible art! I know what I’m going to give all of my “foodie” friends this Christmas! Will you have book signings?

Rosetta:
The book looks fabulous. It’s been so long since I’ve taken one of your classes – only because I think I took them all! My family loves all your dishes that I’ve cooked over the last few years and now I have the perfect Xmas gift. So excited for you. It’s been a long time coming.

Congratulations, Rosetta! The cover looks fantastic! I can’t wait to order several copies for family and friends and give them as gifts along with a few jars of home canned tomatoes (thanks to you for teaching me how to can them).
